Dr. Jonathan Alicea graduated with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Florida International University in 2024. He earned a degree in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology specializing in Exercise Science from the University of Florida in 2020. He has always had a passion for exercise and staying active and his objective in life is to educate those around him about the benefits of living an active lifestyle.
Dr. Alicea believes that everyone, no matter what stage of life, has the potential to achieve their fitness aspirations and live the life they envision for themselves. His aim is to guide each patient to recovery so they can achieve their specific goals while building strong relationships along the way. Being a Strength and Conditioning Specialist, he is extremely passionate about bridging the gap between rehab and return to sport for adolescent athletes. Jose enjoys working with all patient populations and genuinely enjoys developing relationships with his patients.
